Read, hear what happened when one Comcast customer tried to cancel his service
Horror stories between cable subscribers and cable company customer service agents are hardly novel.
But a recent exchange between a Comcast customer and a “belligerent” customer service representative caught the attention of Twitter and a Comcast Cable senior VP, who issued a public apology after hearing an 8-minute clip of the conversation posted online on Monday. Ryan Block, a technology journalist, shared the audio clip in which the “rude, unhelpful, condescending” Comcast rep doggedly tried to dissuade Block from disconnecting his service.
